These Terms govern your use of mktapp, a software service operated by NetConsult FZCO (“NetConsult”, “we”, “us”) that helps you draft and publish marketing content with WhatsApp-based review and Meta Page publishing.
The service
mktapp can draft posts and creatives, send them to you on WhatsApp for review, and publish to a Facebook Page you connect — subject to Meta’s platform rules and these Terms. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect the WhatsApp number and Meta Pages you use with the service.
- Owner approval is required before publishing. Drafts are not posted to your Page until you explicitly approve (for example by tapping Publish in WhatsApp).
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you approve and publish.
- You must comply with Meta, WhatsApp, and applicable advertising and consumer laws.
Accounts and access
Access may be limited to invited or contracted customers. Keep credentials and connected accounts secure. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment when billing applies.
AI-assisted content
Drafts and images may be generated with third-party AI providers. Output can be imperfect. You must review before publishing. We do not guarantee rankings, engagement, or business results.
Fees
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees and billing terms will be agreed separately (including via Stripe when billing is enabled). Free or trial use may be limited or withdrawn.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. NetConsult is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or content you choose to publish. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for mktapp in the three months before the claim (or AED 1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
