To request deletion of your data, email privacy@netconsult.ae or send DELETE via WhatsApp to your service number. We remove page tokens, media, and personal data within 30 days.
What we remove
On a valid request we delete or irreversibly anonymize, within 30 days: Meta Page access tokens stored for your account, media assets tied to your tenant, WhatsApp contact and conversation content we hold for the service, and related personal data used to operate mktapp — except limited records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
How to request
Email: privacy@netconsult.ae
(include the WhatsApp number and Page name associated with your account).
WhatsApp: send the single word DELETE to the mktapp
business number you already use for the service.
