This Privacy Policy explains how NetConsult FZCO (“NetConsult”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use mktapp (the WhatsApp-assisted marketing draft and publishing service available at mkt.netconsult.ae).

What we collect
- WhatsApp identifiers and messages — your phone number / WhatsApp ID, inbound and outbound message text, and voice notes (processed for transcription so we can understand spoken commands).
- Facebook / Instagram Page data — Page metadata, connection tokens, and Page content accessed through Meta APIs when you connect a Page (for brand profiling, drafting, and publishing you approve).
- Generated and uploaded media — draft captions, images, and related assets created or stored for your tenant (including AI-generated creatives).
- Operational logs — technical logs needed to run the service (for example webhook delivery status), kept only as long as needed for reliability and security.
Why we use this data
- Draft social posts and creatives for your review.
- Publish to your connected Meta Page only after you approve (for example via WhatsApp buttons).
- Operate, secure, and improve the service (including support and abuse prevention).
We do not sell your personal data.
Processors and subprocessors
We use trusted providers to run mktapp:
- Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — messaging and Page publishing.
- OpenAI — text generation and voice-note transcription.
- Google Gemini — image generation for draft creatives.
- Stripe — payment processing when billing is enabled (not used until you subscribe).
- Hetzner — application hosting (Germany / EU).
Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active. After a valid deletion request, we remove page tokens, media, and personal data associated with your use of the service within 30 days (except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons).
Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by emailing privacy@netconsult.ae or by following the instructions on our Data deletion page (including sending DELETE via WhatsApp to your service number).
Security
We use access controls, encrypted storage for Page tokens where applicable, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information with measures appropriate to the service.
International processing
Data may be processed in the UAE, the EU (hosting), and in the regions where our processors operate (including Meta, OpenAI, and Google). By using the service you understand that processing may occur outside your country of residence under those providers’ terms.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The version and date below show the current revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
